Easy Crab Dip

Once upon a time we lived on the west coast and had access to fresh dungeness crab. And then someone thought it was a good idea to move back to the Midwest. Bye bye fresh crab. Sad face. For realsies.

You can totally make this dip using canned crab, just please don’t accidentally snag imitation crab. It won’t work. I promise.

Serve with regular ridged potato chips, not the weak flimsy kind. You need the thick ones that can withstand a hearty scoop.

The final and most important step to making this dip is to hide the bowl from yourself. Not joking. For such an easy peasy dip, this is my all-time favorite and I can’t seem to control myself around it! Seriously. Someone, ahem, has actually suggested that I step away from the dip. Yes, that totally happened.

  1. Toss all ingredients in a bowl, mix until well combined.
  2. Refrigerate at least 1 hour, serve with chips.

Can adjust ingredient amounts to own preference. Best if refrigerated overnight.
