Peach Roll Monkey Bread Cups

Peach rolls are a family favorite for any occasion, but have always been present on Christmas morning. Such a process to make from scratch, and who wants all that work on a holiday? Not me, that’s for sure.

We came up with this cheater method, and it’s absolutely delicious! You can even prep them the night before, cover tight with plastic wrap, and just pop in the oven in the morning. What could be easier?

Instructions
  1. Take cinnamon rolls out of the can, cut each into 6 pieces and place into a muffin tin sprayed with non-stick spray.
  2. Combine peaches and brown sugar, spoon on top of cinnamon roll pieces dividing evenly.
  3. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until golden on top.
  4. Allow to cool 10 minutes before removing from muffin tins.
  5. Drizzle with provided icing and enjoy!
