Pumpkin Guts Bread
  1. Preheat oven to 350, grease and flour 2 loaf pans & line with parchment paper.
  2. Combine all wet ingredients in mixer, add dry ingredients and mix well.
  3. Pour into prepared pans and bake for 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  4. Cool 10 minutes on cooling rack, remove loaves from pan, discard parchment paper, and cool completely.
