  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Slice each chicken breast into cutlets, making 4 thin pieces of chicken.
  2. Whisk the egg in a bowl with a bit of water. Combine the breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, salt, & pepper in a wide bowl or platter with an edge.
  3. Dredge chicken breasts in egg then breadcumbs. Place into a baking dish that has been sprayed with non-stick spray.
  4. Bake 10 minutes, flip chicken and bake 10 minutes more.
  5. Pour sauce over chicken and bake another 5 minutes. Sprinkle cheese over sauce and bake 10 minutes longer. Remove from oven and serve.
Recipe Notes

For those who aren’t in love with tomato sauce, you can use alfredo or even leave it dry and just top with cheese. Don’t skip those 5 minutes of baking time, though!
